Today is baking day and all of our baking includes Dulce de Leche. We started out with some Thumbprint cookies. They were meant to have chocolate but I piped in Dulce de Leche instead. Today’s Treat – Pumpkin Spice Cranberry Bar

These turned out pretty good, a little more cakey than expected but with time they will harden into more of a bar. It could be that I also used butter instead of margarine… what the recipe called for.
