Korean Sirloin beef with some amazing sides.

I ate this fantastic home cooked meal over the weekend. Korean Sirloin beef with Kolbi reduction, mixed salad (in one of my favourite bowls), cauliflower with lemon caper dressing, wild mushroom stuffing with sausage, and corn with scallion vinaigrette. Corn is always sweeter when someone takes it off the cob for you!

Chanukah Beef Brisket with Latkes and an amazing salad.

Tonight I was invited for a Chanukah dinner at some good friends’ place. We had beef brisket, vegetables and of course latkes. The salad was a amazing mix including goat cheese, pecans, avocado, blueberries, grapes and a maple vinaigrette. A great dinner to kick of Chanukah.
